Survived by her husband, Michael O. Vincent of Duluth; daughter, Dawn M. Magnuson, Duluth; son, Brad A Magnuson, Duluth; brothers, Gilbert (Lois) Magnuson, Proctor, Tom (Kathy) Magnuson, Waseca, Minn., John Magnuson, Duluth; sisters, Jennie Magnuson, Danville, Ill., Karen (Erik) Horgen, Sprakers, N.Y.; five grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 3 p.m. Tuesday, Dec. 11, in Augustana Lutheran Church of Midway, Proctor Minn., 3251 Midway Rd. Visitation one hour prior to the service. Luncheon following the service.

I've known Elsa, Dawn, and Brad for years and unfortunately lost close contact over the years and was VERY saddened to hear of Elsas health issues and then of her passing at such a young age. Elsa was a VERY hard working, kind, loyal, loving, and sweet woman. She loved Dawn and Brad with ALL of her heart. She will be GREATLY missed and thought of often and remembered daily. I will remember the sparkle in her eyes, that she had daily. RIP Elsa, watch over Dawn and Brad and give them signs that you're still with them <3 Love you!!Duluth, MN 12/06/2012 8:55 AM
