WILLIAM "BUTCH" M. CHRAPE

William M. “Butch” Chrape, 66, Grand Rapids, passed away on Wednesday, Nov. 28, 2012 in the Grand Itasca Hospital, Grand Rapids.

Born March 25, 1946 in Bovey, he graduated from Aurora High School, served in the U.S. Navy, and attended Staples Technical College. He retired from Blandin Paper Company in 2004.

His parents, Joe and Rhea (Riley) Chrape preceded him in death.

Survivors include his wife, Lori; daughters, Mary (Chris) Graffweg and their sons, Mason and Nolan; Meghan (Brian) Gores and their sons, Cole and Christian, all of Grand Rapids.

VISITATION: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. memorial service on Tuesday, Dec. 4, 2012 in the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church, Coleraine. Interment will be at the Lakeveiw Cemetery, Coleraine.
