ASHLAND — Donald K. Kupczyk, 85, of Ashland, Wis., passed away Saturday, Oct. 13, 2012, at Ashland Health & Rehabilitation Center in Ashland, with his loving family by his side.
Mass of Christian Burial: 12 noon on Wednesday, Oct. 17, 2012, at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Ashland.
Visitation: 11 a.m. to noon Wednesday at the church.
