She was born Feb. 15, 1928 in Duluth.
She was a graduate of Lawrence University, Appleton, Wis. She was active in Delta Gamma Sorority. She was a member of 1st Congregational Church of Des Plaines. She loved traveling, ceramics and animals especially her dog Irma.
Marguerite was the beloved wife of the late Douglas Robert Stalker. Loving mother of Shelley (Ronald) S. Nunziato, Kimberly S. Gregori, Douglas R. Stalker Jr., Leslie S. (Donald) Shaffer, Clark M. (Donna) Stalker, Hilarie S. (Michael) LaTurno, Courtney S. (John) Marcus; cherished grandmother of Kellen (Matthew) Kolinski, Whitney (Andrew) Lauric, Emily (John) Chirillo, Kelsey Stalker, Alexandra Shaffer, Garrett Stalker, Margaret Stalker, Cameron Stalker, Brittney LaTurno, Blake Sempetrean, Cade Marcum, Alyssa Marcum; honored great grandmother of two; dear sister of Dennis (Kathy) Clark and the late Cynthia (Stacey) Henderson.
VISITATION: 4-9 p.m. Thursday in the Friedrichs Funeral Home, 320 W. Central Rd., at Northwest Hwy., Mt. Prospect. Service 10 a.m. Friday in the funeral home. Interment All Saints.
