Don C. Marsden, 71, met his Savior on Tuesday, July 10, 2012, at his home in Ocala, Fla., after a courageous battle with cancer.
Don was born in St. James, Minn., to Cecil and Olga (Nessler) Marsden, who preceded him in death.
He attended Greenway High School and worked for Minntac for 25 years, retiring to Ocala in 1994.
Survivors include his loving and devoted wife of 49 years, Sylvia "Tobi"; daughter Denise (Jason) Lovell; son Donald (Shannon); and four sisters Dorothy (Lyle) Bunes, Darlene Anderson, Darla (Charles) Millard and Darrah (Gregory) Smith; one grandson, Zachary Loyek; numerous cousins, nieces and nephews, and his beloved Boston terrier, Banner.
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 11 a.m. - 2 p.m. Saturday, Aug. 18, at the home of Charles and Darla Millard in Grand Rapids (call 218-999-7071 for details).
