Janet May (Breen) Bester, 60, died peacefully surrounded by her family May 25, 2012.
She was born July 7, 1951, in Duluth, to Gordon and Florence (Lindberg) Breen.
Janet loved gardening, cooking, and spending time with family and friends. Her life was filled with traveling, adventures, and treasured moments at the lake. She was known for her great sense of humor and for being an excellent cook and entertainer. Her happiest moments were spent with her grandchildren.
Janet was preceded in death by her parents; and brother Dennis Breen.
Janet is survived by her husband, Daniel Bester; daughters Amy Pogorelec (Brian), Kallie Fish (Cory), Roxanne Ebel (Josh); grandchildren Grace and Zack Pogorelec, Karlie and Alexis Fish, and soon to arrive Eden Ebel; sister Barbara Breen; nephew Cory Niemi (Tara); niece Amanda Oja (Matt); and beloved friend, Jill Opack and daughters Nicole and Tennille.
VISITATION: 1 until the 2 p.m. funeral service Tuesday, May 29, 2012, in J.M. Paine Memorial Presbyterian Church in Carlton.
