Jeanne Olsen, 78, of Two Harbors, died, Sunday May 13, 2012 at Ecumen Scenic Shores in Two Harbors.

Jeanne Olsen, 78, of Two Harbors, died, Sunday May 13, 2012 at Ecumen Scenic Shores in Two Harbors.

She was born April 13, 1934 to Rueben and Olga (Bodin) Erickson in Two Harbors, where she was a life-long resident.

She graduated from high school in 1952 and in October of that year married Robert "Robbie" Olsen. Jeanne was employed by the Community Health Center Home Health Program for several years, and later worked as a teller at Commercial State Bank, and First National (Norwest) Bank.

She was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran Church and the Women of the Moose, and enjoyed summers at Bassett Lake, and winters in Texas after retiring. Her greatest joy was time spent with her family.

Jeanne was preceded in death by her parents.

She is survived by her husband Robbie; sons, Lee (Gail) Olsen and Chris Olsen of Two Harbors; a daughter, Renell (Dan) Volz of Vernal, Utah; grandchildren, Jesse, Rory and Dana Olsen, and Luke and Dylan Volz; a great-granddaughter, Anja Olsen; a brother, George "Punky" Erickson and a sister, Donna Bergquist.

VISITATION: 5-7 p.m. Friday in Cavallin Funeral Home in Two Harbors. Graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, May 19, 2012 at Lakeview Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to Ecumen Scenic Shores 402 13th Ave Two Harbors, MN 556l6. To sign the online
