Maren A. LaFortune, 77 of Apple Valley, formerly of Bloomington.

Maren A. LaFortune, 77 of Apple Valley, formerly of Bloomington.

She is preceded in death by parents, Harold and Agnes Wick; brothers, Dick and Stanley.

Survived by loving husband of 56 years, Ed; children, Robyn (John) Rydberg, Holly (Kurt) Dvork, and Maren (Rick) O'Brien; grandchildren, Renee (Josh), Krystle (John), Scott, Emily, Sean, Abby, and Cole; great-grandchildren, Evelyn and Wyatt; sister, Beverly Halvorson; brother, David (Jan) Wick; many nieces, dephews, other relatives and friends.

Finally without pain, you will be deeply missed by family and friends.

SERVICE: 11 a.m. Friday, Feb. 17, in Christ the King Lutheran Church, 8600 Fremont Ave S, Bloomington. Visitation one hour prior to service in the churh and also Thursday, Feb. 16, 4-7p.m. at www.Washburn-McReavy.com

I am very saddened to hear of Maren's passing. I remember her so well from when I was growing up. My family will have all of you in our prayers during his time of profound loss for your family. Love from your cousin Tom Wick.
