Michael F. Peluso, 82 of Grand Rapids, Minn., died on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 in the Grand Itasca Hospital.
Michael F. Peluso, 82 of Grand Rapids, Minn., died on Friday, Feb. 10, 2012 in the Grand Itasca Hospital.
He was born on Feb. 28, 1929 in Nashwauk, Minn., he was the son of Frank and Carmela (Toronto) Peluso.
He graduated from the Greenway High School in 1948. He married Delores Marjonovich on July 1, 1950. He was a member of the Mary Immaculate Catholic Church in Coleraine. He was an electrician for 30 years for Hanna Mining (Butler Taconite), and worked 15 years for IBEW Electrical Union. He loved watching his kids and grandkids in all their sporting events. He also loved deer hunting and cutting wood.
Survivors include his wife Delores; his brother James (Anita) Peluso of Pengilly, Minn.; his children Tom (Shan) Peluso of Grand Rapids, Minn., James (Margaret) Peluso of Bismarck, N.D., Michele (Rick) Arola of Walker, Minn., and Dan (Becky) Peluso of Grand Rapids, Minn.; eight grandchildren Toni, Dan, Luke, Nick, Molly, Mike, Angie and Kari; four great-grandchildren Trevor, Hadley, Gianna and Grazia.
VISITATION: 10 a.m. until the 11 a.m. Memorial Service on Monday, Feb. 13, 2012 in the Peterson Funeral Chapel of Coleraine. Interment will be at the Lakeview Cemetery, Coleraine.

Tom and family of Mike, Was really sorry to read about the passing of you're dad.I know Mike was one of all his kids greatest fans and very proud of all their achievements in sports and in life,he will be trully missed.My prayers are sent to each and everyone of Mikes family,may he rest in peace.
