Frances Emily Davis-Jones, age 41, of Duluth passed away on January 27, 2012.
Fran was born December 18, 1970 in Duluth, Minnesota. She had such a kind heart and outgoing personality. Her loving spirit impacted many lives during her time she shared with us. She was a dedicated bingo player. She loved putting a smile on her friends and family's face. Fran was a daughter, sister, auntie, mother, grandmother, friend, and wife.
She is survived by her mother, Margaret Shoots, father, Russell Davis, her children, Marques, Kathlyn, Talisha, Kimberly, Lucas, Zoya, her loving life partner, Mark, brother, Russell, sisters, Lisa and Deborah, nieces, Misti and Amber, nephews, Jacob and Caleb, grandchildren, Marques Jr., Tamiah, Demyonne, and Shameka, and numerous other family, friends, and loved ones.
A benefit dinner will be held Wednesday, February 1, 2012 starting at 7 pm at Bev's Jook Joint, 820 Tower Avenue, Superior.
Visitation 5-7 pm, Thursday, February 2, 2012 at Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. Second St., Duluth, and will continue at 10 am, Friday until the 11 am Funeral Service at Dougherty Funeral Home. Burial at Forest Hill Cemetery, Duluth. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home (218) 727-3555.

We are going to miss you Fran!! You will always be remembered forever in our hearts and minds. I can't thank you enough for all you did for my kids as they were growing up! We have many memories and will cherish them forever. You are a Angel now in heaven watching all of us. Your children will be ok I promise to be there for them. May your soul rest in peace.
