Robert L. Kaner, 67, of Minneapolis and Cloquet.

Bob graduated from Cloquet High School, the University of Minnesota School of Engineering, and the University of Minnesota School of Law.

Bob was a member of Adas Israel Congregation in Duluth.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Isadore and Rose Kaner.

He is survived by his sister, Elaine Hauptman; nephew Jon Hauptman; and niece Alison Caplan.

GRAVESIDE SERVICE: 2 p.m. Wednesday, Aug. 24, 2011, at Adas Israel Cemetery, 1400 Howard Gnesen Road, Duluth. Memorials are preferred to Adas Israel Congregation or the donor’s favorite charity.
