William V. Kramer Jr., 63, of the St. Cloud VA, formerly of Spring Lake Park, Minn., passed away Aug. 13, 2011, in the St. Cloud VA after a four-year battle from a stroke.
William retired from Lunds Grocery. He was an Air Force Veteran serving from 1967-1971 and a member of the Fridley VFW.
William was an avid Twins fan.
He was preceded in death by his father, William V. Kramer Sr.
William is survived by his mother Lois; brothers Michael (Lorraine) and Rick (Diane); nephew Darren (Angela); nieces Kimberly (Jason), Katie, and Anna; and other relatives and friends.
VISITATION: 11 a.m. until the 12 noon memorial service Thursday, Aug. 25, in the Cremation Society of Minnesota, 7835 Brooklyn Blvd., Brooklyn Park, MN, (763) 560-3100. Private interment at Fort Snelling National Cemetery.

So many fun memories of "Punk." Didn't get to see him as much as we would have liked, but when we did we knew it was sure to be a grand time! His smile and character always lit up the whole room, he will never be forgotten that is for certain. Until we meet again "Punk"... Love you always!
