Lifelong Duluthian Irene Murray Bester, 66, died Dec. 6, 2009, at Virginia Regional Medical Center. Services were held Tuesday at the Cremation Society of Minnesota Chapel.

Francis “Frank” Otto Friebe, 86, of Duluth, died Dec. 13, 2009. Services will be held at 11 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 12, at St. Lawrence Catholic Church. Arrangements are being handled by Williams-Lobermeier Funeral Home & Cremation Service, 624-1059.

Roberta K. (Holliday) Kuehn, 73, died Sunday, Dec. 13, 2009, at St. Mary’s Medical Center. Services were Friday at St. Michael’s Catholic Church with interment in Forest Hill Cemetery. Memorials are preferred to the American Cancer Society, SMDC Foundation or St. Michael’s Catholic Church.
