Edwina Roberta "Bobbi" Kuechler, 72, of Oakland, Wis.
Edwina Roberta "Bobbi" Kuechler, 72, of Oakland, Wis., passed away Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2009 at Middle River Health & Rehab surrounded by her family.
Bobbi was born Nov. 25, 1937 in Herbster, Wis., to the late Edwin and Ina (Anderson) Phillips.
She married William R. Kuechler July 17, 1957 in Herbster, Wis. They enjoyed 52 wonderful years together.
Bobbi enjoyed golfing at Patterson Golf Course, working in her flower gardens, crossword puzzles, and spending time with her family. Bobbi worked as a librarian at Erickson Public School and a teachers aid at Cooper/Weisberg School both in Superior, Wis.
She is preceded in death by one sister, Peggy Vincent.
Among those who survive and gratefully shared her life is her husband, William of Oakland, Wis.; four sons, Mark of Prairie du Sac, Wis., Robert of Oakland, Wis., Donald (Trish) of Carol Stream, Ill., Greg (Lisa) of Oakland, Wis.; three grandchildren, Kevin, Kendra, Katherine; brothers, Ted (Tanny) Phillips of Teldon, Ohio, Daniel (Linda) Smith of Port Wing, Wis.; three sisters, Lynn (Bill) Yates of Prump, Nev., Sharon Fredricks of Texas; Betty Peters of Illinois
CELEBRATION OF LIFE: 12 noon Wednesday, Dec. 2, 2009 in the Brown Funeral Home in Solon Springs. Visitation one hour prior to the service in the funeral home on Wednesday. Pastor Ben Kidder will officiate. Private family burial will be held at a later date. Arrangements have been entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home & Cremation Services of Solon Springs, Wis.
