Fifth-and sixth-grade students from St. Thomas School in International Falls participated in Community Apprciation Day held in january at Voyageurs National Park. The students voted on which community organziation they wanted to thank and the class picked the park. Students drew a poster and presented it to park staff at park headquarters. After the presentation everyone enjoyed cookies and lemonade.
