The establishment in Duluth of a Downtown Historic District contributed to reinvestments in old buildings. The Zeppa Foundation, as one example repurposed two old buildings in the district as the Teatro Zuccone, Zinema and Zeitgeist Arts Café. They are in the 200 block of East Superior Street.
