While visiting Japan, I admired women in aprons bicycling to shops. This motivated me to make aprons from my quilting scraps, vintage linens, bits and pieces of laces and trims from discarded items.
I have always enjoyed a good challenge; putting together odds and ends into a wearable garment satisfies this need. My unique aprons are called “No Two Alike.” Enclosed is a photo of some children’s aprons made last summer.
