Members of Kranjsko Slovenska Katoliska Jednota Lodge No. 171 in Duluth presented a matching funds check for $1,000 to Gary Bubalo and Ted Pavlovich, committee members of the Gary New Duluth Veterans Memorial renovation project. The matching donation was part of a fundraising concert given by the Singing Slovenes, which raised $6,500.
