Julianne Paulsen, co-owner of Rocks the Jewelers in Virginia, has started the Viaggio line of sterling silver charm bracelets that she is marketing through direct sales, similar to Avon. Each charm Paulsen designs marks milestones and significant events in a woman’s life.
