Michael Jackson, 18, of Duluth has cerebral palsy and has undergone 60 operations. Jackson is one of four finalists for a NASCAR Betty Jane France Humanitarian Award. If he wins, the Starlight Children’s Foundation that has helped him through the years will get $100,000 in his name; if he’s a runner-up, the foundation will get $25,000.
