A celebration of the Freedom to Breathe Law is at 11 a.m. today, Oct. 1, 2012, at the Zeitgeist Atrium, 222 E. Superior St. The featured guest will be state Rep. Tom Huntley, DFL-Duluth, a co-author of the legislation.
