Prep football coverage for this season started Aug. 30 with the matchup of Deer River at Esko, where the bleachers have been dismantled because they were in disrepair. Many fans brought their own seating, including 3-year-old Landon Miller of Deer River. Landon was comfortable in his lawn chair as he studied the roster for both teams. It is fun to catch children as they imitate the behavior of the adults around them, especially in this instance as Landon was holding the roster upside down. (Clint Austin / caustin@duluthnews.com)
