Jocelyn Baker (left) is a recently hired library technician who works in the computer lab, youth services and circulation. Richmond Kinney (right) is a reference librarian who helps people conducting genealogical research and develops programming initiatives for the library. Both were hired after the passage of the Parks Referendum, which approved the spending of local tax dollars on library services.
