Jerome Upshaw and his daughter, Desilynn Redbear, spend some family time in the children’s area of the Duluth Public Library. “The most important thing I like to do is bring my children down here. They like to play games on the computer and look things up,” Upshaw said as Desilynn worked with library game technology that promotes learning aptitude.
