Duluth Rotary Club 25 president Gary Melander and Paula Reed, president of the United Way of Duluth, hold a celebratory check in the amount of $25,000. Rotary Club 25 donated the money to the Twin Ports Region Long-Term Flood Relief Fund, which will be administered by the United Way.
