Jean Duluth Road

Jean Duluth Road near Zimmerman Road, north of Duluth, has been partially filled to stabilize the slopes after floodwaters of the Lester River destroyed a large culvert and collapsed the road in June. County highway officials say a bridge will be constructed to replace the culvert; it may be completed by the end of the year. (Bob King / rking@duluthnews.com)
