Haines Road


The horseshoe bend section of Haines Road — above West Duluth and below Skyline Parkway — was severely damaged by record rainfall and flooding in June. Repairing the damage — and completing a previously scheduled reconstruction project — may keep the road closed until 2014 or 2015. (Clint Austin / caustin@duluthnews.com)
