The Circle of Hope Board of Directors announced $10,000 has been given away between April 19, 2011, and April 2, 2012, for breast cancer treatment bills for clients in northern Minnesota and Wisconsin. The money was paid to the providers of services. Payments were issued for clients in financial distress, including poverty, those who have been turned into collection, and those who do not qualify for some reason.
