Donna DeToffol of Altrusa International, Mary Schlosser of the Friends of the Duluth Public Library, Carla Powers, library manager, Dan Markham of the Duluth Legacy Endowment Fund, and Virginia T. Katz of the Duluth Library Foundation stand behind 200 books — all of which can fit onto one e-reader. Not pictured is Sister Kathleen Hofer of Essentia Health. The five organizations made it possible, through grants and donations, for the library to launch an e-reader program. They gathered to celebrate the introduction of five new e-readers into the library’s circulating collection —doubling the library's collection. Photo by Nancy Eaton
