Haydin Swartz, 3, visits his brother, Gavin Swartz, in the neonatal intensive care unit at Essentia Health St. Mary’s Medical Center. Mom Rikki Piskoty holds the baby. A nursing assistant classmate at Lake Superior College took her blood pressure during a practice session and discovered it was dangerously high.
