Katie Miller, a first-grader at Lester Park Elementary School in eastern Duluth, gets buried in rubber shavings by her friends on the newly refurbished school playground Tuesday afternoon. Two minutes after workers finished the installation of new equipment to replace what burned in a recent arson fire, kids leaving school for the day packed the grounds.
