Angel Hohenstein runs with her dog, Lexie, near her home in Duluth’s Lakeside neighborhood on Thursday afternoon. Hohenstein, who runs about five miles a day, was part of a group of people that helped form the proposal for more pedestrian-, cyclist- and wheelchair-friendly road construction projects in the city.
