ALL ABOARD — The Seventh Avenue West Incline Railway in Duluth ran from 1891 through 1939, when it was scrapped. At that time, the Duluth-Superior transit system moved to using only buses. Duluth actually has two incline railways in its past; the other was in West Duluth. To see a photo of the Belt Line railway, visit DuluthBudgeteer.com.
