Jim Schwartz, vice chairman of the Duluth Rotary Club 25 Grants Committee, presented a $3,500 donation to Theresa Bobula of Program of Promise. The donation will aid the organization in serving high-risk and disadvantaged youth by assuring access to educational opportunities, skills development and employment.
