Vehicles were parked along both sides of Duluth’s Melrose Avenue early Sunday afternoon. With the recent snowfall, police are reminding motorists to park on the odd side of streets by 8 p.m. Sunday or risk a ticket and a tow. Police will also enforce the city’s rule that vehicles can not be parked in the same spot on a street for more than 24 hours.
