Lucy and Jerry Linsmeyer watch out the window of Prevost’s Restaurant in Solon Springs as a train rolls through town. “We’re at our last supper,” Jerry Linsmeyer chuckled. People often came there to eat to watch the trains go by. The 75-year-old restaurant and bar served its last meals on Monday.
