In what is quickly becoming a Duluth tradition for participants and onlookers alike, the waters of Lake Superior just off Lakewalk play host to sailboat races every Wednesday through September. The events are put on by the Duluth Yacht Club, and there’s not really a bad seat in the house if you’re anywhere along Lakewalk (this image was taken from the Northland Vietnam Veterans Memorial).
