I am so sorry to hear of John's passing. John & I spent countless hours and days together on fishing and bird hunting trips in Northeastern MN. We often went camping in the early Spring just to spend time in the woods and get "conditioned" for summer camping. Our high school years together were fun and we had much to talk about as we grew through our teen years. I considered John a "true" friend I could always count on. We lost touch as our lives moved on, but John was always in my memory; and when our paths did cross, too infrequently, later in life, John always brought a smile to my face and many fond memories which I still find myself thinking about. I never had a better friend and I am so sorry for your family's loss. Rest In Peace John!
