Our family was so sorry to hear about the loss of Mrs. Alworth! We knew her as a kind and gracious lady - in her personal life as well as in public. We remember her many kindnesses to our mother and the time she spent with your family. May God bring you comfort in your loss. Fondly, Kay Anderson (Mrs. Esther Hansen's daughter)

Condolences to the Alworth family on behalf of the College of St. Scholastica. We have lost a wonderful friend in Martha, but she has left an extraordinary legacy to the College as well as to the wider community through her vision, work, and generosity. She is most surely one of our Saints! Dr. Larry Goodwin

Our sincere condolences to the Alworth family. Mrs. Alworth was a great asset to the Duluth community. We remember seeing her coming out to the polo games in her bright hats and her little convertible. She will be greatly missed by many. Sharron and Dan Capece
