So sorry to hear of Dave's passing. Our thoughts and prayers are with Sharon and the family. Working with Dave over the years was a priviledge. He was brilliant in the early process of "Participative Mangement," or better known today as "Employee Empowerment." When other mines were solidly structured and being driven from the top down Dave was moving forward with the concept of encouraging all employees to become involved in the decision making process. If you were on his staff he let you know that this was the way we were going to do business. He also made sure people were given the necessary tools to accomplish the team goals by providing the necessary soft skill training that went along with it. His efforts in this process still carries his foot prints today, making those buisnesses more competive in todays world market. Bruce Von Wald Co-worker and friend
