St. Louis County Board County wants to tweak BWCAW land swap 
The St. Louis County Board of Commissioners will consider a resolution Tuesday supporting a land swap between the federal and state governments for 86,000 acres in the Boundary Waters Canoe Area Wilderness. But the board doesn’t necessarily like the land swap bill that outgoing U.S. Rep. Chip Cravaack passed through the House in September.
