Registration for the 23rd Garry Bjorklund Half Marathon on June 22 opens Monday with online entries only through Feb. 22. A computer lottery will select the 6,300-runner field and entrants will receive e-mailed confirmation cards during the week of Feb. 25. Those not chosen will also receive e-mail notification.
