MORNING UPDATE: Feds agree with Fond du Lac Band that Carter Hotel should come down 
The U.S. Bureau of Indian Affairs has concluded that the Carter Hotel building in downtown Duluth should come down. But the city of Duluth and the State Historic Preservation Office continue with their efforts to save it.
