Our region’s two most common snow-making low-pressure systems are the Alberta Clipper and the Colorado Low. The Canadian system tends to move quickly and leave little behind. The American one moves slowly and leaves a lot of snow. Today’s system is a hybrid of the two that’s coming out of Montana. A Montana Mauler perhaps?
