Reader’s view: Gun-control advocates won’t look at the facts
An event was held Jan. 13 at Peace United Church of Christ “to honor the victims of the Sandy Hook Elementary massacre and to call for action to end gun violence,” as it was billed. The sponsors of the event, Protect Minnesota and the Brady Campaign, seem to me to be part of a small minority that doesn’t even have facts on their side, yet they can really create a lot of nice publicity for themselves.
