Reader’s view: Take politicians’ pay, put them in a soup line
As I sit here listening to these politicians I get sick. They talk about laying off thousands of workers. I have a better plan: Strip these guys of their salaries and put them in a soup line. They created this problem and can’t fix it without going after their people; too much money and politics stand in the way. They don’t believe in compromise. “Do it my way!” I see there are several not seeking re-election; they can’t stand the heat. I don’t know how these guys sleep at night.
