Free transportation from Duluth will be provided for a mental health rally at noon on March 12 at the state Capitol Rotunda. Co-sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota and the Mental Health Association of Minnesota, the event is intended to lobby for improved mental health services in the state.
