DOROTHY LUCILLE JOHNSON

Dorothy Lucille (LeDoux), Johnson, 89, went home to heaven to be with Jesus on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 and died in her sleep at home with family.

Dorothy Lucille (LeDoux), Johnson, 89, went home to heaven to be with Jesus on Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 and died in her sleep at home with family.

Dorothy was born on March 1, 1923 in Brainerd, Minn., but lived in Isabella, Minn.

Dorothy was a homemaker and yet so much more. She was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and great-grandmother, who had so much love to give and was known to so many as just “Ma.”

Dorothy was preceded in death by her husband, Olaf S. Johnson; son, Gary W. Johnson; daughter-in-law, Betty L. Johnson; son-in-law, Don Barnett; grandchildren, Michelle, Danny Lee; great-grandchildren, Brandon and Baby Johnson.

She is survived by her children, Chester (Mary), Geraldine, Char, Charles, Garold (Nancy), Cheryl, Greg, Karen, Darrell (Dottie); 18 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; her sister, Lorraine Teagar; brother-in-law, Albert “Bob” Johnson; sisters-in-law, Dolly Kaupp and Irma Palmer.

GATHERING OF FAMILY AND FRIENDS: 9 a.m. until the 10 a.m memorial service Saturday, Feb. 9, in Living Faith International Church, 9302 Skyline Pkwy. Arrangements entrusted to Cremation Society of Minnesota, 624-5200.
