Memorial service: 11 a.m. Friday, Jan. 11 in the Chapel in Grand Village Nursing Home, Grand Rapids.
Visitation: 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 10 in the Libbey Funeral Home in Grand Rapids and one hour prior to the service in the Chapel.

The Hibbing paper comes to my email and today I saw that Arvid had died. Though I never met him, I knew Judy and Dennis. I was a grade behind Dennis in school. In the obituary I notice that he has died, which I did not know. My best memory of him is that he taught me how to swing a bat when we were in the Toivola school, about third grade or so. My sympathy to your family in your losses. Judy, I would love to hear from you. I recall running into you in the fall of 1995 in Meadowlands.
