Dear Friends, Mr. Aunan is and will always be my favorite teacher. I've sure had a boat full of teachers, instructors, and professors since having Mr. Aunan for a couple college-prep English and Literature classes in the late 70's, but he is still the champ to me. Why? I can still hear him speaking to us in my high school English classes, encouraging those of us who really cared to do better, and inspiring those who didn't care very much to do the best they could. His smiling words to me on the last day of my last class with him were, "I know you'll do well whatever you do, but I hope you become an English major". I tried, but English as a major wasn't for me. Being inspired to be as good a person as Mr. Aunan was to his students is all I could ever do for him. I hope that's good enough for an A !!! GOD Bless you, and I'll never forget Mr. Aunan,,,,,,,,, };>{>
